Service Description

This 60 minute session is part "get to know each other" and part "intro to healthy keto". I want to know your goals, taste, and your struggles before we delve into the right plan for you. We will talk about YOUR day-to-day life and how we can maximize your time and effort in order to succeed with your keto or carnivore journey. I am available on Zoom, over the phone and in person to local Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas members.
